Common Questions

How do I import my existing bookmarks?

Open Cusply, click the three-dot menu (top right), and select Import / Export. You can import from Chrome's built-in bookmarks or from a JSON backup file.

Where is my data stored?

All bookmarks, folders, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Chrome's Storage API. Nothing is sent to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I activate Premium?

Click any premium feature inside the extension to open the upgrade screen. Payment is processed through ExtensionPay. After purchase, premium features unlock automatically. If they don't appear immediately, close and reopen the extension.

I paid but premium features aren't showing

Try closing and reopening the extension. If that doesn't work, make sure you're using the same browser profile you purchased from. If the issue persists, email us with your payment confirmation.

How do I use keyboard shortcuts?

Press Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+H inside Cusply to see all available shortcuts. Highlights: Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+A to add a bookmark, Ctrl/Cmd+Z to undo, Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+K to search.

Can I use Cusply in the sidebar?

Yes. Enable "Always open in sidebar" in the settings menu, close the popup, then click the Cusply icon — it will open as a sidebar that stays visible as you browse.
